You do not need any previous experience to do this course. There are no entry requirements.

You will receive a course manual to take away and an accredited Diploma once you have completed the course.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment.

This course includes breathing methods and other ways to relax the body.
