Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid built up during sporting activities. ✨Pre-event therapy Routine : Warming the muscles, stretching the fibres and removal of waste. Effleurage techniques, stretching muscle groups and individual muscles and improve waste drainage

✨Post-event therapy Routine: Relaxing muscles and relaxing spasm, removal of waste acids to aid recovery and even out blood flow.

If injuries are present, do not go ahead with treatment, this does not give you the qualification to act on injuries
